This policy explains how SweepLegends, operated by Bz Publicidade LTDA, handles the data of people who use the dashboard at sweeplegends.top.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email and phone number provided at sign-up, and billing details (Brazilian CPF or CNPJ) to issue the subscription.

TikTok for Business data: when you connect your account through TikTok's official login (OAuth), we receive an access token and read, for the accounts you authorize, Business Centers, ad accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads, catalogs, pixels, identities and performance reports (spend, impressions, clicks and conversions). We never receive your TikTok password.

Sales data (optional): if you use the Tracker, your payment platforms send us a notice of each sale (order, amount, product and the buyer details the platform includes), so we can attribute the sale to a campaign and report the conversion to your TikTok pixel.

Files: videos and images you upload to the dashboard for catalogs and creatives.

2. How we use the data

Solely to provide the service to you: displaying and operating your campaigns, publishing what you request, building your catalogs, calculating revenue and profit, and sending the notifications you turn on. We do not sell data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Only those needed for the service to work: TikTok itself (through the calls you authorize), our hosting and file delivery provider (Amazon Web Services), the subscription payment processor and the email service you configure.

4. Storage and security

Data is kept on protected servers. Access tokens and integration keys are stored encrypted, and the dashboard requires login. Each user sees only the accounts they connected or that were shared with them.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active. When you ask to close your account, we delete its data, except what the law requires us to keep (such as billing tax records).

6. Your rights

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you may request access to, correction, portability or deletion of your data. You can also revoke SweepLegends's access at any time in your TikTok for Business settings. For any request, contact us at contato@sweeplegends.top.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated and, for material changes, we notify you inside the dashboard.
