These terms govern the use of the SweepLegends dashboard (sweeplegends.top), software operated by Bz Publicidade LTDA. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. The service

SweepLegends is software as a service for managing TikTok ads: publishing campaigns to multiple ad accounts, building product catalogs, tracking sales and reporting results. Access to ad accounts uses the official TikTok for Business API, with your authorization.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide at sign-up, for keeping your login secure and for everything done with it. Ad accounts, creatives and campaigns remain yours; SweepLegends only carries out what you request in the dashboard or through rules you create.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the dashboard in compliance with TikTok's Advertising Policies and Terms and with the law. You may not use the service to advertise illegal products, mislead consumers or circumvent ad review systems. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Subscription and payment

Access is by monthly subscription (30 days) on the chosen plan, with the limits described on the home page. You can cancel the renewal at any time from the dashboard; the period already paid remains valid until it ends.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service online, but it depends on third-party services such as the TikTok API. We are not liable for outages, changes or rejections coming from those platforms, nor for the performance of your ads.

6. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. You can also revoke SweepLegends's access to your TikTok for Business account at any time in TikTok's settings.
